Your morning ritual

Get ReadywithCeylon Hills.

The Story.

Ceylon Hills began at a kitchen table in the UK, with a mother and daughter and a tea they couldn't find anywhere. Erandi grew up drinking the tea her mother Renuka brewed every morning — whole-leaf Ceylon, grown in the highlands above Kandy, smoky and golden and nothing like what the supermarkets sold here.

So they brought it over themselves. Sourced from the same gardens Renuka has known since childhood, Ceylon Hills is their way of sharing something deeply personal — a cup that tastes of home, offered to anyone willing to slow down and savour it.

Ceylon Hills packaging Pure whole-leaf Tea Coin Whole leaf tea

100% Plastic Free & Whole Leaf Tea.

Yes, we worked very hard to make this possible

Packaging
100% recyclable board. Zero plastic.
0% Microplastics
Studies show conventional plastic tea bags shed up to 11.6 billion microplastic particles per cup. Our whole-leaf Tea Coins contain zero plastic, just pure leaf, nothing else.
Whole Leaf
Whole leaf tea is in a different league to the crushed dust and fannings packed into standard tea bags. The intact leaf unfurls slowly in the water, releasing complex flavour, full natural oils and a depth of aroma that broken leaf simply cannot produce. It is the way tea was always meant to be enjoyed.

My morning ritual
This tea has completely replaced my morning coffee. The depth of flavour is incredible — warm, malty and never bitter.

Genuinely exceptional
The single-origin sourcing makes a real difference — you can taste the terroir. Will be reordering every month.

Beautiful packaging
The tea itself is wonderful but I also want to mention how thoughtful the packaging is. Fully compostable and arrived in perfect condition.

Takes me back to Sri Lanka
As someone who grew up in Colombo, drinking this feels like coming home. You can taste that these leaves were treated with real care.

A ritual worth keeping
I've tried dozens of teas over the years and this is the first one I've actually subscribed to. The flavour is consistent, complex, and genuinely calming.

Gifted to my whole family
Bought it for myself, ended up ordering four more as gifts. Everyone has been asking where it's from. The presentation alone makes it feel premium.

Smooth and well-balanced
Not overpowering at all — it brews into something smooth and nuanced. I drink it plain with no milk and it holds up beautifully. Will be a staple in my kitchen.

The real thing
You can instantly tell the difference from supermarket blends. This tastes like the tea I had in a guesthouse in Nuwara Eliya — clean, bright, and full of character.
